What We Offer
Board and Train
Our Board and Train Program offers an intensive, 3-week immersive training experience, ensuring rapid and effective results. During this period, your dog will reside with our expert trainers, receiving personalized one-on-one attention. They will master essential commands such as sit, down, stay, place, come, and heel. Additionally, we'll address and correct behavioral issues, including reactivity, jumping, excessive barking, and other undesirable behaviors. For detailed information and pricing, please see below.
Hybrid Training
Hybrid training combines in-home private lessons, with virtual dog training for the perfect solution for learning to work with your own dog in an effective and efficient way. It is an 8 week program that includes in-home private lessons, weekly virtual training sessions over zoom, custom training videos made just for you, and the ability to have your questions answered any time. The cost of this program is $850 and you can find more detailed information below.
The board and train Program is priced at $2,500, offering exceptional value for intensive, results-driven training.
The board and train program is broken up into 3 distinct sections. Heres how it works.
Week 1
In the first week, your dog acclimates to a new environment while learning foundational behaviors. We emphasize engagement and relationship-building, teaching your dog to earn rewards, which fosters a strong bond with the handler and encourages decision-making that benefits both the dog and owner.
Week 2
During the second week, we introduce essential verbal commands—sit, down, stay, heel, place, and come—ensuring your dog responds promptly. We incorporate leash pressure and remote collar techniques to reinforce these commands, facilitating effective communication between you and your dog. By teaching your dog to follow leash cues, we promote understanding and proper leash manners.
Week 3
Week 3 is the 'proofing' phase, where your dog's training is tested and reinforced in real-world settings. This crucial stage ensures your dog can perform commands and demonstrate good behavior in various environments, even around distractions like other dogs, people, or busy streets. Effective proofing guarantees that your dog’s training is practical and reliable outside the home.
The Going Home Process: Your Dog’s Next Chapter Begins
The 'Go-home' phase is where the transformation comes full circle. At the end of your dog’s training, you’ll participate in a comprehensive transfer lesson designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to maintain your dog’s progress.
During this session, we’ll:
Review all commands your dog has mastered, including Heel, sit, down, stay, place, and come
Demonstrate how to integrate these commands into your daily routines.
Provide guidance on preventing old habits from resurfacing and maintaining your dog’s success long-term.
You’ll also receive a personalized training guide, complete with detailed instructions, terminology, and tips tailored specifically to your dog’s progress. This ensures you have everything you need to keep your dog’s behavior consistent and reliable at home and in public.
The Hybrid Training program is priced at $850 for the full 8 week program
What sets this program apart from my Board and Train option is that you’ll take the lead in training your own dog, with my professional guidance every step of the way. While this approach requires more effort, the rewards are significant. You'll not only master the skills to train your current dog but also gain the confidence and knowledge to train any dog you may have in the future.
Here's How It Works:
Weekly Video Calls: At the start of each week, we’ll connect via video call to set clear training goals. I’ll watch you work with your dog, provide live feedback, and guide you through your training block.
Homework & Video Review: You’ll complete your assigned homework and send me a video showing your progress. I’ll review it thoroughly and offer detailed feedback to ensure you’re on track.
Custom Training Videos: Each week, I’ll provide a personalized video demonstrating each training technique in detail, giving you a clear and practical example to follow.
In-Home Private Lessons: Twice during the program—in weeks 4 and 8—I’ll visit you for in-person training sessions. These sessions are a fantastic opportunity to showcase your progress, fine-tune your skills, and elevate your technique to the next level.
